My Athletics

Athletics has taught me how to remain disciplined, respond to setbacks, and continue improving even when progress feels slow. Through track and field, strength training, and competition, I have learned how physical growth depends on patience, consistency, and confidence.

Improvement happens one practice at a time.

I compete in track and field and train across several different events. Each event requires its own combination of speed, strength, coordination, technique, and mental focus. Training for multiple disciplines has challenged me to become a more adaptable athlete.

Sprinting

Developing acceleration, top speed, running mechanics, and race strategy through sprint training and competition.

Jumping

Practicing approach consistency, takeoff mechanics, balance, and explosive power for jumping events.

Throwing

Building strength, coordination, and technical control through shot put, discus, and related training.

Combined Events

Bringing several disciplines together through multi-event training, competition, recovery, and preparation.

Progress and Milestones

Athletic progress is not always linear. These milestones represent moments when consistent work turned into visible improvement.
